HTML forums currently either don't exist yet, or are yet to come out of their hometown. "Well then how come the site I visit every so often call itself a forum", many will ask. Those forums use php, a tech that has been invented that allows you to have access to many commands, and be able to do things that would normally have to be done with a plug-in, such as MySQL, and commands that Java would offer. If you did not understand some of what I said (such as MySQL and Java), then thats okay (-: . Anyways, C's Programs is undergoing of a HTML forum, to try and make a discovery. Anyways...
